“അഭിലാഷ് ജനാർദ്ദന”ന്റെ പേര് കൊച്ചി എയർപോർട്ടിൽ തുടർച്ചയായി മുഴങ്ങുന്നു. ബോർഡിംഗ് കഴിഞ്ഞ് സമാധാനമായി മയങ്ങുമ്പോൾ രണ്ട് ജെറ്റ് എയർവേയ്സ് പെങ്കുട്ടികളും ഒരു തടിമാടനും എന്നെ വിളിച്ചെഴുന്നേൽപിച്ചു.
“Where is your friend?”
“Friend? Whose friend?”
“Mr. Abhilash?”
“ഓ, ആ ഫ്രണ്ട്! He cancelled at the last moment; he is not coming.”
“Sir, you should have informed us earlier. We lost 15 minutes looking for Mr. Abhilash. We could have flown already.”
